Return Policies:
-If you are not satisfied with a product please call us at 858-676-0004 for a Return Authorization Number(RA#). Then simply return the product, un-used, along with a copy of the receipt for an exchange or for a merchandise refund. Items must be returned within 20 days of purchase in their original condition and packaging in order to receive a refund.
-Must return item within 20 Days of purchase for refund, after 20 days store credit can only be given for returned items.
-Refund returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping. Please note that the original cost of shipping will be charged back to the customer regardless of whether the original shipping was free. (i.e. customer orders a product for $150 with free shipping...the customer will receive a refund of $150 minus the 10%, minus $10 for original shipping)
-Warranty items shall be covered by its manufacturer warranty. Please see manufacturers website for their warranty information.
-Items such as gloves, armpads, and shoulder pads, which are used, must be returned directly through the merchandise dealer.
-In this case you must contact the correct manufacturer to receive warranty information and a return authorization number. All products must be accompanied by a receipt to show proof of purchase and purchase date. The Manufacturer, upon receiving defective product, will send a new shaft or unstrung head back to you.
- We understand that sometimes items do not fit exactly the first time, therefore, Pacific Lacrosse will gladly exchange any products purchased from our site. Please contact us for return/exchange information. Customer must pay for shipping both directions.
